30-Day Risk-Free Return

We stand by the quality of our dehumidifiers. You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date. For a full refund (No restocking fee within 30 days), products must be in their original condition and packaging with all accessories included.

*Please report any transit damage or missing parts within 48 hours of delivery.

🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility

Who covers the return shipping cost? It depends on the reason:

  • Quality Issues / Wrong Item Sent: Veagaso covers 100% of the return shipping fees.
  • Non-Quality Reasons: (Change of mind, ordered by mistake) The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

How to Initiate Your Return

Request Review

Email support@veagaso.com with your Order # and photos of the item and its packaging.

Secure Repack

Once approved, we will provide the official US warehouse address. Please repack the unit as originally received.

Refund Issued

Share your tracking ID. We will issue your refund within 3 business days of receiving the package.

Refund Processing Time

Once processed, funds will reflect in your account based on your provider's timeline:

Cancellations & Terms

Order Cancellation: Must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. If already shipped, a return request must be filed instead.

After 30 Days: For non-quality returns requested between 31-90 days, a 10% restocking fee applies.
